John Mancuso is the founder of Tower 74 Consulting and is based in Hollywood, California. He is a senior‑level software engineer and was a member of the NASA Web Modernization Team at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he contributed to the modernization and streamlining of NASA’s public web experience. He continues to do contract work for NASA/JPL, and his work has been part of projects recognized with a Webby Award and a NASA Group Achievement Award.
He has contributed to projects for CNEOS, NASA’s center for computing asteroid and comet orbits and their odds of Earth impact. His experience includes building custom portals, websites, and applications for nonprofit organizations, developing sites for actor Pierce Brosnan, and delivering app and platform development for startups, creative agencies, and financial investment firms. He is also the creator of ArtistWave, a DIY social network for the music scene, which he continues to build as a personal passion project.
